House rules
(from General Terms and Conditions for Short-Term Rental of Premises)

§ 1 Definitions
- Operator – Twój Gospodarz sp. z o. o., NIP: 7282883591, REGON: 528221531, KRS: 0001097621, with its registered office at 9 Niciarniana St., apartment 65, 92-238 Łódź, Poland, authorized to provide short-term rental services.
- Guests – a natural or legal person who has concluded an agreement with the Operator by booking a stay via the Operator's website, and all accompanying persons declared during booking who will use the premises.
- Stay – the period specified during booking between check-in and check-out, during which the premises are reserved exclusively for the Guests, regardless of their actual presence in the premises.
- Premises – the accommodation presented on the Operator’s website and available for booking.
§ 2 Regulations of Stay in the Premises
- The premises may be used only for residential purposes. Organizing events or conducting business activity is prohibited. Breach of this rule may result in an additional charge of PLN 1000.
- The number of Guests staying in the premises may not exceed the number declared at booking.
- The premises may not be sublet to third parties.
- Check-in and check-out must take place within the hours stated in the rental advertisement, unless otherwise agreed with the Operator.
- Requests for early check-in or late check-out must be reported in advance and depend on availability. Additional fees may apply.
- Extending the stay without informing the Operator is treated as booking an additional day and will be charged according to the online booking system.
- Shortening the stay for reasons not attributable to the Operator does not entitle Guests to a refund for unused days.
- Self check-in using the Smartlock system and a provided PIN code is required.
- Smoking cigarettes, tobacco products or other stimulants in the premises is strictly prohibited. Violation may result in odor removal costs and a fine of PLN 1000.
- Pets are not allowed. Violation may result in a fine of PLN 1000.
- Quiet hours apply from 22:00 to 06:00.
- Guests must comply with applicable health, safety and fire regulations.
- Guests are required to take proper care of the premises and return them in an undamaged condition.
- Any damages, missing amenities or issues not caused by Guests must be reported within 24 hours of check-in. Later reports may be treated as Guest-caused damage.
- Wearing high heels or outdoor shoes on wooden or laminate floors is prohibited.
- Guests are fully responsible for any damage caused to the premises, equipment or furnishings.
- Damage must be reported to the Operator immediately.
- Guests must cover the cost of repairs for damage caused during their stay. Parents are responsible for damage caused by children.
- Guests must maintain cleanliness in the premises and the building.
- Waste segregation is mandatory.
- Each time Guests leave the premises they must secure it by closing doors and windows and switching off appliances such as the hob, oven and other electrical devices.
- Guests must keep the key safe. Loss of the key results in a fee of PLN 100.
- The Operator is not responsible for personal belongings left in the premises.
- The Operator is not responsible for damage to Guests’ vehicles.
- The Operator is not liable for claims arising from accidents not caused by the Operator or his negligence.
- In case of violation of the regulations, the Operator may cancel the stay and remove Guests from the premises or call the appropriate services. No refund will be granted for the unused stay period.
- If Guests significantly disturb neighbors or violate community norms, the Operator reserves the right to cancel the stay and remove Guests without refund.
- In case of disputes, Guests should first contact the Operator to resolve the issue amicably.
- Polish law applies to disputes between Guests and the Operator. If no agreement is reached, disputes will be resolved by the court competent for the Operator’s registered office.
- Matters not regulated by these rules are governed by the provisions of the Polish Civil Code.
