Apartment with a separate sleeping area with a large bed measuring 160x200cm, a seating area with a fold-out sofa with a sleeping area of ​​140x200cm, a large 55" Smart TV, a table for 4 people and a work area. Additionally, a very well-equipped kitchenette with a coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee machine and many other useful accessories, a private bathroom with a shower and a large built-in wardrobe for storing things when traveling.

Parking place is available in a closed, monitored parking lot, 2 minutes walk from the apartment.
